This is the 'Lexus' of the industry and because of their gear boxes no other lift company is close to Hi-Tides quality and technology. 4 post lifts 'are not created equal' as there are options and standard features as well as construction materials that affect the quality and price points of these type lifts. Cable winders (see photo) allow for neat sequential spooling of the lift cables. Optional remote control units let the boat operator lower or raise the lift at any water level from the boat. Hi-Tide enclosed 'Gear Drives' are low profile, one piece sealed aluminum, gear bathed housings that offer quiet clean and reliable service. All motors are stainless to protect from the harshest environment. Hi-Tide lifts are available in aluminum or hot dipped galvanized cradles. Fast standard gear drive or the superfast hot dipped galvanized -- not like less expensive bolted together lifts. Hi-Tide's warranty and ability to stand behind their product is the industry's best! The Hi-Tide X2 Gear Drive incorporates all of the same standard features of the fast regular Gear Drive model and amazingly doubling the speed. Probably not needed for most applications.
