Permit acquisition can be a tricky business that often involves a great deal of research and paperwork. Lake Martin Dock Company, Inc. can manage the negotiations, meetings, agency correspondence, and inspections that go along with proper permitting. Our goal is to make marine construction projects smooth and efficient for our clients.

Marine construction permits on Lake Martin are handled on a case by case basis to make sure each customer has the proper licensing, authorization.

The process to obtain permits ranges from 2 weeks to months depending on the structure being built.
